    eigentlich kein schlechtes Unternehmen - die kaufen aber zusammen was nicht niet und nagelfest ist - wie wollen die das irgendwann ordentlich konsolidieren.


    Außerdem haben die mit merkwürdigen Kapitalerhöhungen und der für Sibanyaktionären ausgesprochen ungünstigen Übernahme von Stillwater den Kurs kaputt gemacht. Die Stillwateraktionäre höre ich heute noch lachen....


    Die Assets scheinen mir gut und gesund zu sein - die Frage ist wie geht es weiter?

    allein die Stillwater hatte einnen Börsenwert von 2,2 Mrd $ US


    die gesamte Sibany liegt aktuell bei 2,2 Mrd $ US und da ist inzwischen neben Stillwater auch einiges andere wie zb Lonmin / DRDGold eingeflossen


    Natürlich ist auch die Substanz der alten Sibany nach wie vor vorhanden


    -> unterbewertet??
