    IMPACT SILVER ANNOUNCES UPSIZE TO PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED BROKERED FINANCING TO C$7.0 MILLION
    Due to strong investor demand, Impact Silver Corp. has agreed with Red Cloud Securities Inc., as lead agent and sole bookrunner, on behalf of a syndicate, including Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Mackie Research Capital Corp., in connection with the previously announced best efforts private placement of units of the company at a price of 95 cents per unit to increase the size of the offering for gross proceeds of up to $7.03-million.
    Each unit will comprise one common share of the company and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant shall be exercisable to acquire one common share at a price of $1.30 per warrant share for a period of 24 months from the closing of the offering.

    Impact Silver hat im ersten Halbjahr trotz der Betriebsunterbrechung wegen der Plandemie Geld verdient. ;)
    Der höhere Silberpreis war einer der Treiber, war halt besser als 2019.
    Außerdem höhere Erzgrade und Fokus auf das Kostenmanagement.

    IMPACT Silver Announces Q3 2020 Production & Financial Results, Net Income $0.9 million, EBITDA $1.4 million, on $4.8 million Revenue for Quarter


    With higher silver prices forecasted in 2020 and beyond, revenue per tonne and gross margin should maintain and expand.
    The IMPACT team will be monitoring this closely, and will evaluate the timing for increasing production capacity accordingly.

    Impact Silver Announces Results Of Interpretation Of Historical Geophysical Surveys Over Southern Claims


    IMPACT Silver Corp. (“IMPACT” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received the report prepared by Condor Consulting, Inc. (Condor) on analysis and interpretation of the geophysical surveys carried out in the 1990’s over the Capire area of the Royal Mines of Zacualpan Project. The data analyzed included Induced Polarization (IP), airborne Magnetometer, ground and airborne EM, and Airborne radiometric.
    Condor utilized leading edge Inversion processing to produce 3D models of the IP and Magnetometer surveys and combined with the EM surveys has outlined a series of massive sulphide and vein hosted target areas.


    The data provided by Condor is being incorporated into IMPACT’s GIS database and 3D modelling software packages to prioritize new target areas for further exploration. Many of the highest priority targeted areas are located in the same stratigraphy and fall within four kilometers of the Capire open pit mine and so could enhance the economics of the Capire Project (see below).
    Follow up field work will commence this summer to determine the source of the geophysical targets.

    ich hatte ja nochmal auf Kurse von 35 Cent gehofft, aber irgendwie habe ich das Gefühl, das sieht momentan eher schlecht aus.... bin mal mit einer ersten Position wieder rein bei Impact.... so langsam sollte der Silberzug doch endlich starten, da ist Impact vermutlich ein super "Hebelprodukt" :D

    hättekönntesollte.....es ist halt wie es ist! 8)

    Ich bin hier vor ca. 1 Jahr ausgestiegen und zu besseren Werte gewechselt.


    Grund: keine Angaben von Reserven und seit längerem wird zu jedem Bericht eine reduzierte Produktionsmenge berichtet.
    Bedeutet in kürze gibts den Laden nicht mehr.
